Notice is hereby given that meetings of the Indian River County Canvassing Board will be held at 4375 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32967 on the following dates:

|September 14, 2020
||Open/Process/Duplication Mail Ballots
|September 15, 2020
||Open/Process/Duplication Mail Ballots/Canvass Election Returns

||Canvass Provisional Ballots and Vote-By-Mail Cure Affidavits/ Certification of Election Results at SOE

||Recount (if necessary)

||Post-Election Manual Audit
In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, these meetings are open to the public. Any challenge of a vote-by-mail ballot must be made before the ballots are canvassed, F.S. 101.68(2)(a). It may become necessary for the Canvassing Board to reconvene at times or places other than specified above. If so, the location, date, and time will be announced at the conclusion of the previous meeting, posted online at www.VoteIndianRiver.com, and posted on the door of the Supervisor of Elections Office.
Note: Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, states that if a person decides to appeal any decision by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
