Early Voting for the Presidential Preference Primary Begins Saturday, March 7

 

Indian River County, FL – Early voting for the Presidential Preference Primary Election will take place from Saturday, March 7 through Saturday, March 14 at three early voting sites.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Supervisor of Elections Office—4375 43rd Avenue, Vero Beach

Indian River County Main Library—1600 21st Street, Vero Beach

Sebastian City Hall Council Chambers—1225 Main Street, Sebastian

Only registered Democrats and Republicans are eligible to vote in the Presidential Preference Primary Election. Voters can check early voting wait times online at VoteIndianRiver.com. Early voters should bring identification, containing a photo and signature such as a Florida driver’s license. Other acceptable forms of identification can be found on the Elections Office website under the “Voters” tab, then select the “ID Requirements” tab. Voters who do not have proper identification will be required to vote a provisional ballot.

Voters also have the option of requesting a ballot to be mailed to them. Requests for mail ballots can be made online at VoteIndianRiver.com, in person, or over the phone by calling (772) 226-3440. The last day for voters to request a ballot to be mailed is March 7, 2020. Voted mail ballots may be delivered to any of the three early voting sites during voting hours and deposited in the secure mail ballot drop box located inside the polling place or placed in the mail.

Those who choose to wait until Election Day to vote must go to their assigned polling location.
